The Technical Assistance Service is a key part in BALTOGAR organization. Our objective is to satisfy customer needs, offering a high quality service in installations with industrial fans for the air and gas handling.

BALTOGAR world-wide after sales service offers expert project managers, erection and maintenance engineers that will be on site 48 hours After client request. This experience is offered for:


 
Erection supervision of fans and system accessories
Whole erection of fans and accessories
Erection alignments and verifications
  Routine maintenance  
 
Industrial plants require periodic maintenance to assure continuous operation to leave our clients free to focus on their care activities.

BALTOGAR signs contracts for the annual maintenance of fans and accessories, testing the real state of the equipments and implementing efficiency enhancements for a long and optimal operation.

Our Customer Services includes:

Forecast analysis
Routine maintenance contracts
Vibration analysis
Checking and repairing
Dynamic balancing of rotors on site

The Engineering Department together with our erection technicians work in close collaboration with the Technical and Maintenance Departments of our customers, in order to identify and implement the best solutions and improvements for the equipments handling air and gases.

Increasing / Decreasing fan performance
Modification and upgrading of any industrial fans
Reductions in noise emissions
Application of special coatings
