Our company is dedicated to the design, manufacture and installation of industrial fans and accessories together with the performance/realization of test and mechanic and fluidynamic analysis related to the air and gas movement/motion/handling.

Our work force combines specialists with decades of experience in fan manufacturing with young engineers and technicians in our Commercial, Engineering and Technical Assistance Departments. Also specialized personnel in the Production Department apply newest manufacturing technologies in order to ensure outstanding performance.
  Engineering  
 
Decades of experience with powerful collaboration between the Engineering Dpt., Technical Assistance Dpt. and customers, have given BALTOGAR the technology to offer centrifugal and axial fan systems for critical applications in certain industrial processes, operational in hazardous conditions like corrosive gases or dusted or condensate ambient, and with reduced maintenance periods, ensuring the customer satisfaction/optimising the value of customer inversion.

The R&D Department collaborates with universities and research centres in the realization of studies and analysis and, developing the capacity of handling the air, makes fluidynamic tests on scale or real size in our Test Laboratories.

 
  Manufacturing  
 
BALTOGAR manufacturing facilities are equipped with modern metal-working and welding machinery. In our 6,000 m² production center we include a large test laboratory for fluidynamic analysis and a modern Test Bed where we check all of our fans. Our products are robust and reliables, with high quality and competitive prices, and are delivered to our customers on time.

BALTOGAR production includes both centrifugal and axial industrial fans , together with accessories and elements to order as ducts, dampers, silencers, filters, supporting structures, etc.

The Manufacturing Department has qualified personnel that selects the optimum material and works with advanced technologies and processes in order to obtain high quality and long-life products.
 
  Technical assistance  
 

BALTOGAR provides quick and effective technical assistance and gets at the disposal of the customers the experience of it engineers to offer optimal solutions for the erection and maintenance operations in all the aspects related to the handling of air and gases.

We have an experienced Assistance Service available in 48 hours all around the world and the whole year.
